摘  要:针对中国矿业大学(北京)采矿工程专业人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,提出了采矿工程人才培养目标,分析了人才培养模式改革的必要性和可行性。采矿工程专业人才培养模式改革的重点是强化基础与专业特色并重,注重培养学生的实践能力和创新能力;并从加强实践教学环节、创新教学环节和毕业设计环节三方面阐述了采矿工程专业人才培养模式改革的内容,总结了人才培养模式改革的特点。For the main problems existing in the process of professional personnel training of mining engineering in China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), we have put for- ward the target of mining engineering talents training and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the talent training mode reform. Strengthening the foundation and professional characteristics, highlighting practice ability, cultivating the practical ability from the classroom learning, practice teaching, the innovation training, graduation design are the center of mining engineering profes- sional talent training mode reform. This paper expounds the mining engineering professional tal- ent training mode reform content in strengthening the practice teaching, innovative teaching and graduation design. It also summarizes the characteristics of talent training mode reform.
