摘  要:目的建立制痂酊中龙脑、异龙脑的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法,FID检测器,色谱柱:HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol毛细柱(30.0 m×250μm×0.25μm),柱温:130℃,进样口温度:210℃,检测器温度:250℃。结果龙脑、异龙脑分别在0.0271-0.271 0 g·L^-1、0.023 5-0.2352 g·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r值均为0.999 8(n=6)。平均回收率分别为97.48%,97.46%;RSD分别为1.46%,1.57%。结论该法准确可靠,可用于制痂酊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of borneol and isoborneol in Zhijia Tincture. Methods GC method was used in the quantitative analysis. An HP- INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol capillary column( 30. 0 m × 250 μm × 0. 25 μm) was adopted. FID was used as detector. The column temperature was 130℃. The injection port temperature of GC was set at 210℃. The detector temperature was set at 250℃. Results The calibration curve had good linear relationship in the range of 0. 027 1 - 0. 271 0 g·L^- 1,0. 023 5 - 0. 235 2 g·L^- 1for borneol and isoborneol( r = 0. 999 8,n = 6). The average recoveries were 97. 48%,97. 46%,respectively. The RSD were 1. 46%,1. 57%,respectively. Conclusions This method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Zhijia Tincture.
