摘  要:由于小井眼井可显著降低钻井成本,因此在国内外应用较广。但小井眼井具有井眼尺寸小、环空间隙小的特点,所以小井眼井固井难度较大,这限制了小井眼井的推广应用。为促进小井眼井固井技术的发展,在总结小井眼井钻井与固井特点的基础上,分析指出其固井技术难点主要集中在套管居中度不高、环空摩阻大、顶替效率低、水泥环力学性能要求高、施工工艺设计困难和工具简单等。对国内外在小井眼井固井的研究现状进行了综述,在分析水泥浆体系、套管居中技术、环空间隙问题、扩眼工具和施工工艺的研究现状的基础上,指出现有技术的不足在于水泥浆技术不成熟、固井工具缺乏现场应用,施工工艺自动化程度低等。为此提出了提高小井眼固井质量技术建议,包括提高套管居中度技术、套管安全下入技术、水泥浆性能技术、随钻扩眼技术和施工工艺技术等。Due to slim- hole well can significantly reduce the drilling cost,thus it was widely used at home and abroad.But the slim- hole wells has the characteristics of a small hole size and a small annular clearance,the slim- hole wells cementing is difficult,which limits the application of slim- hole wells.In order to promote the development of slim- hole wells cementing technology,based on the characteristics of slim- hole drilling and cementing,the cementing technical difficulties of slim-hole wells were pointed out,such as the low casing central degree,large annulus friction,low displacement efficiency,high cement ring mechanics performance and simple tools and so on.The research status of slim- hole wells cementing at home and abroad was summarized. Based on the analysis of slurry system,casing center technology,annular clearance problem,reaming tools and cementing technology,the lacks of the existing cementing technologies were pointed out,and some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the slim- hole cementing quality were put forward,including improving the casing central degree technology,cement slurry technology, reaming while drilling technology and so on.
