摘  要:针对春风油田沙湾组储层埋藏浅、出砂严重、原油黏度高的特点,集成应用了绕丝充填、水平井、氮气、降黏剂、蒸汽、注采一体化技术,注采一体化技术就是稠油热采井蒸汽吞吐转周时不动管柱,上提光杆注汽,下放光杆采油。配套研发了双级热采光杆、大斜度抽油泵、抽油泵纠偏装置、热采井口保护装置。以往稠油转周注汽时需要上作业重新防砂、检换泵。春风油田防砂质量较高,转周时一般不需要重复防砂。另一方面,通过以井筒隔热、均匀注汽管柱、大斜度注采一体化泵为特色的注采一体化技术,提高了热效率,有效避免了转周作业时的冷伤害,充分利用热能,最大程度避免热损失,同时减少作业800井次,降低作业成本。According to the characteristics of Chunfeng oilfield reservoir,such as shallow burial depth,serious sand production and high crude oil viscosity,and to improve the crude production rate,the injection- production integrated technology suited for Chunfeng oilfield was researched. The operation principle of the technology is when polished rods pick up,the steam is injected,when polished rods lower,oil production operation is carried out. Meanwhile,matching two- stage thermal recovery polished rod,high angle deviated pump,antiwear collar,and thermal wellhead protective device were developed. Application results in Chunfeng oilfield showed that the heat efficiency was enhanced during steam stimulation and operation cost was reduced by using the developed injection- production integrated technology
