摘 要:让纳若尔油田是一个长期开发的碳酸盐岩老油田,部分边部井层物性差、自然产能低、产层段距离边水和气顶近,通常采用普通酸酸化和稠化酸酸压措施投产,而常规酸化酸液作业距离短,酸压可能会压穿气顶和边底水,并且低压导致措施后返排困难。为此,提出了乳化酸酸化技术思路,研制了与低压储层匹配的酸液体系,从2012年6月至2013年10月,分别对该油田5口井进行了乳化酸酸化,施工成功率、有效率均获100%,单井平均日增油11 t,比常规酸化多增油3-5 t,有效期远大于常规酸化的两个月,不仅现场应用效果显著,而且在类似油藏也有广阔的应用前景。As a mature and depleted oilfield,low pressure is one of the most serious problems in Zanarol oilfield,some edge wells with low physical property and low productivity,acidizing with normal acid system can't achieve obvious effect because of short distance with quickly reaction rate,acid fracturing can easily breakout gas top and edge water,also with the problem of flowing back for long time because low reservoir pressure.So,the idea of emulsified acid technology was put forward,and the emulsified acid system suited for low pressure reservoir was developed. From June 2012 to October 2013,five wells like as2539 were stimulated by emulsified acid,both success and effectiveness ratio were 100%,the average production improved by11 tons for each well,much higher than the conventional acidizing and much longer validity period than conventional acidification. Field application effect of the emulsified acid technology suited for low pressure reservoir is remarkable,and has wide application prospects for similar reservoir to increase production.
