摘  要:为区别PDC钻头在静止时和不同转速时井底流场的异同,文章运用计算流体动力学方法对PDC钻头分别进行了三维井底静态和旋转流场的数值模拟。分析了静态和旋转流场中井底流速及刀翼表面流速的变化情况,并计算了井底各区域的流体湍动能和流速以及刀翼切屑齿表面的平均流速。分析和计算结果表明,井底流场的数值模拟结果随着转速的变化,对井底和切屑齿的流场分布和变化有一定影响,并且对内锥、冠部、肩部及保径部位的影响趋势各不相同,有必要在PDC钻头水力结构的优化设计中采用旋转流场模拟方法进行研究。To discriminate and compare the difference of the downhole flow field of the PDC bit in the stationary and rotating in different speed,utilizing the method of computational fluid dynamics simulate the three- dimensional downhole flow field of PDC bit when it is stationary and rotating. The variation of the velocity rate on the bottomhole flow and the PDC bit 's knife wing surface of downhole flow field in the stationary and rotating was analyzed,meanwhile,the turbulent kinetic energy and velocity rate in each region of bottomhole fluid field were calculated,and as well as the average velocity rate on the surface of chip teeth was computed. The analyzing and calculating results show,following the variation of the PDC bit's rotating speed,the results of numerical simulation in downhole flow field have a certain influence on the distribution and variation of the fluid field in the bottomhole and the chip teeth,and the trend of affection in the inner cone and the crown portion and the shoulder and the gage parts are different. According to the study results,optimizing design of PDC bit hydraulic structure,it is necessary that utilizing the research method of rotating downhole flow field numerical simulation.
