摘　　要：简要分析了法国高速铁路的发展现状,着重探讨了法国的铁路管理体制。通过分析法国铁路建运机制,以期为河北省城际铁路的发展带来一些启示,进而探讨出一种适合河北省城际铁路的运营管理模式,为河北省城际铁路的建设和管理提供有益的借鉴。This paper analyzes the development status of the French high-speed railway, focused on the management of the French railway system. By analyzing the French railway transport mechanism built in order to bring some enlightenment to the development of Hebei Province, intercity rail, then discusses a kind of Hebei Province for intercity rail operations management model for Hebei intercity railway construction and management to provide useful reference.
