摘　　要：燃煤注汽锅炉属于高温高压耗能设备,且分层给煤装置在出厂时由于设计不合理、无微调装置等,易造成炉排煤层厚度不均匀。对块、沫的自然分离问题进行了分析,并进行了技术攻关,解决了6项技术难题,完成了分层给煤装置的技术改造,为分层给煤技术在燃煤锅炉上的应用提供了宝贵的借鉴。The coal-fired boilers of high temperature and pressure steam injection energy-consuming equipment and layered coal unit at the factory due to poorly designed, no fine-tuning devices, could easily lead to uneven grate coal seam thickness. Blocks, foam natural separation problems were analyzed, and technical research to solve the six technical problems, completed the transformation layered coal unit for layered coal technology in coal-fired boilers to provide a valuable reference.
