摘　　要：大数据时代的到来,对民族高校辅导员职业化建设有巨大的推动力,大数据背景下数字化校园可以细化工作内容、增强教育实效性、增强职业化技能,但目前高校数字化校园建设亟待完善、职能部门及辅导员自身的大数据意识需要增强。The advent of the big data era is a huge impetus to the professionalized construction of counselors in universities for na- tionalities, as the digital campus in big data background can re- fine the content of work, enhance the effectiveness of education, and strengthen professional skills, but the current digital campus construction in universities needs to be improved, and the big data consciousness of functional departments and counselors needs to be enhanced.
