摘　　要：在这个科技通讯、经济文化突飞猛进的时代,大学生的时间管理能力越来越弱。本文通过探讨时间管理倾向的相关因子和分析其相互间的关系,先总结出影响大学生时间管理能力的内在和外在因素,并具体引用了能启发大学生的企业时间整理术,然后进一步提出了高校对大学生时间管理能力培养和成才教育的建设性策略,以期为广大高校在人才教育与培养工作方面提供必要的借鉴。With the high speed development of technology, econ- omy and culture, college students＇ time management ability has been more and more weak. By discussing factors of time manage- ment disposition and analyzing the mutual relationship, the arti- cle summed up the internal and external influencing factors, then quoted several popular time finishing techniques among enter- prises to inspire college students, and put forward the construc- tive strategies of talent education, which can provide certain nec- essary reference for colleges in talent education and training work,
