基于南珠文化创新珠宝饰品设计人才培养模式

摘　　要：本文在调研和分析珠宝饰品设计专业(方向)高等教育状况及社会需求的基础上,提出高等院校应面向区域经济,利用地缘优势,将珠宝设计方向的课程设置达到最优化,以培养出综合素养高又适应市场需要的应用型设计人才。结合北海南珠文化,以北航北海学院与企业合作为例,探索校企资源互补,共同制定课程体系、实现订单式培养、实践性教学、搭建研发平台、创办创意工作室的新人才培养模式。On the basis of researching and analyzing the jewelry design specialty （direction） of higher education, and its social de- mands, some points of view for the higher teaching are presented, for example,the optimal setting of jewelry design specialty curric- ula should be with the aid of regional economic and cultural ad- vantages. Combining with Beihai Southern Pearl Culture, Beihai College of Beihang University explored a way to cultivate college students with enterprises cooperation. For example, to establish curriculum system together, implement ordering cultivation and practical teaching, set up researching and teaching platform, and found creative studio etc., a lot of measures have been adopted. The ultimate aim is to achieve complementary resources between the college and enterprises.
