摘　　要：随着高校大学生队伍的不断壮大,发展大学生党员成为各高校党建工作繁重而又迫切的任务。在学生党员队伍的数量增长的同时,学生党员队伍的质量如何,直接关系到大学生的整体素质和形象。文中从入党积极分子队伍建设,考察与培养,教育与管理等各个环节入手,调查分析了大学生党员发展过程与工作体系的存在的问题,从而构筑更加全面的系统性的大学生党员质量保证机制,为进一步提高大学生党员发展质量提供了有效途径。With the continuously growing number of university students, recruiting Party members among university students has become a heavy and urgent task for the Party construction work of all universities. As the number of student Party members in- creases, the quality of student Party members directly relates to the comprehensive quality and image of university students. Starting from the construction, investigation, cultivation, educa- tion and management of activists to join the Party, this paper in- vestigates and analyzes the problems existing in the process and working system of recruiting university student Party members, aiming to eonstruet a more comprehensive and systematic mech- anism to guarantee the quality of university student Party mem- bers, and provide an effective way to further improve the quality of recruiting university student Party members.
