浅议“师生共建”模式,切实推进学生党支部建设

摘　　要：按照校党委和院党委的工作部署和要求,为深入推进在创先争优活动中开展基层组织建设年,加强基层党支部工作创新,规范支部活动特色化、精品化开展,进一步彰显我校党建工作的特色和亮点。以"创先争优"为活动载体,着力解决党组织建设中的突出问题,着力增强党组织的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力,着力完善加强基层党组织建设的体制机制,服务发展需求和师生员工的关切和期盼。本文阐述了近年来材料科学与工程学院机关党支部与学院本科生党支部开展师生"共建模式"系列主题党日活动及所取得的成效。In accordance with the work deployment and require- ment of the university Party committee and college Party commit- tee, we further advance the implementation of the grassroots or- ganization construction year in ＂striving for the best＂ activity, strengthen grassroots Party branch work innovation, and stan- dardize the characteristic and quality implementation of branch activities, in order to further highlight and show the features and bright spots of the Party construction in our university. With ＂striving for the best＂ as the carrier in the activity, we strive to resolve the outstanding problems in Party construction, strength- en the Party organization＇s creativity, cohesion and combat effec- tiveness, improve and strengthen the systems and mechanisms of grassroots Party construction, in order to serve development needs, and the concerns and expectations of the teaching staff and students. This paper elaborates the theme activities based on ＂teacher-student co-construction＂ model launched by the Party branch of School of Materials Science and Engineering in recent years, and the effects achieved in the activities.
