摘　　要：自2012年起,"90后"大学生正式开始面对求职就业。在此三年间,"90后"大学生群体的就业情况已然暴露出新一代毕业生就业观的特点与问题。正确地了解这些特点以及研究出可行性解决方案,正是培育大学生就业意识,更好推动高校就业指导工作的关键。本文以南京工程学院551名大三、大四学生为调查对象,对当代大学生的就业观特点、存在问题及解决建议进行了相关探索与研究。From 2012, ＂post-90s＂ college students are facing employment. In these three years, they have showed new features and problems on their employment outlook. In order to help them establish a correct employment outlook, we have the sampling survey in 551 ＂post-90s＂ students in Nanjing Institute of Tech- nology and analyze the sampling survey. According to the actual situation of these students, we put forward the and suggestion.
