清对朝鲜“蠲弊”问题管窥——以《同文汇考》为中心

摘　　要：朝鲜进献贡物和清敕使问题是清与朝鲜朝贡关系中的重要内容之一,清朝对此两项实行"蠲弊",反映出各时期两国外交关系的变化,其目的和效果各有差异,因此"蠲弊"并不能简单地归结为两国关系顺和这一点上。Chosun Dynasty paying tribute and Qing ambassadors issue is one of the most important contents in the tributary relationship between Qing Dynasty and Chosun Dynasty. Qing Dynasty implemented Juan Bi over these two issues. Juan Bi reflected the diplomatic changes in each stage between the two countries, and its purpose and effect varied. As a result,Juan Bi can not simply come down to the smoothing relationship between the two countries.
