摘　　要：圣人人格表现为:无私公正,忧民爱民,随和包容,戒满戒盈,节俭清廉,博爱柔慈,宽容谦下,与时俱化。传承与发展:主持公道,秉公办事;全心全意为人民服务;身心和谐,人际和谐,人与自然和谐;静以修身,俭以养德;宽容是一种境界,谦虚谨慎使人兼听则明;与时俱进,推进改革。Saint personality shows impartiality, cherishing the people, amiability and tolerance, integrity and thriftiness, advance with times. Continuation and development shows handling matters impartially, serving the people wholeheartedly,physical and mental harmony, interpersonal harmony, longer life due to kindness and tolerance, light heart and thriftiness, pushing forward reform.
