公共危机协同治理研究的现状与思考

摘　　要：目前我国公共危机事件复杂程度不断增加,单靠政府处理危机事件力有不逮,公共危机协同治理成为当前公共危机管理新趋势。基于当前国内对于公共危机协同治理的研究现状,提出在公共危机协同治理研究中注重案例库建设,各级党组织的领导作用,媒体的行为规范,治理主体的纵向协同,以及司法主体与保险主体在危机管理中的作用等研究。At present, the increasing complexity of public crisis events leads to the difficulty of dealing with crisis events by government. So the synergy governance of public crisis becomes the new trend of public crisis management. According to domestic research of synergy governance of public crisis, this paper points out that the case library of public crisis events should be enriched, party organizations at all levels need to take on leadership roles, the behavior of media should be regularized, the vertical collaboration of multiple governance subjects calls for a high value, and the role of judicial department and insurance institute should be taken seriously.
