围术期护理干预在脊柱手术控制性降压中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨围术期护理干预在脊柱手术患者控制性降压中的应用效果。方法:将60例择期行脊柱手术治疗的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组由手术室护理人员在常规护理基础上实施围术期护理干预。比较两组患者控制性降压效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组麻醉诱导前血压低于对照组,降至目标血压时间、控制性降压持续时间明显短于对照组,术中术野质量评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生由于控制性降压导致的严重不良反应。结论:围术期护理干预可使脊柱手术患者术前血流动力学更加平稳,更有利术中控制性降压的实施,提高手术操作者对术野质量的满意度。Objective： To discuss the application effect of perioperative nursing intervention in intraoperative controlled hypotension in spinal operation. Methods： 60 patients who would receive selective spinal operation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（ 30 cases in each group）. The conventional nursing measures were implemented in the control group and in the observation group the perioperative nursing intervention was additionally given to the patients in the operation room. The controlled hypotensive effect and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The blood pressure of the patients was lower in the observation group than that in the control group before induction of anesthesia; the time of blood pressure reduced to the targeted blood pressure and the duration of controlled hypotension was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group; the quality scores of surgical fields were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. No serious adverse reactions resulting from controlled hypotension occurred in both groups. Conclusion： Application of perioperative nursing intervention can make preoperative hemodynamics more stable and controlled hypotension more favorable and can improve the satisfaction of surgeon with the quality of surgical fields in spinal operation.
