摘  要:目的:探讨早期肠内营养(EEN)对ICU机械通气患者的影响。方法:将53例ICU机械通气治疗患者随机分为EEN组28例和非EEN组25例,EEN组在机械通气前或机械通气48 h内通过鼻胃管进行肠内营养(EN),非EEN组48 h内进行肠外营养,48 h后根据患者病情需要通过鼻胃管进行EN,比较两组观察指标。结果:两组机械通气时间、28 d营养费用、呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率、胃肠道并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:对ICU机械通气患者行EEN可缩短机械通气时间,降低治疗费用,减少并发症。Objective: To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition( EEN) on ICU patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods:53 patients who were treated with mechanical ventilation in ICU were randomly divided into the EEN group( n = 28) and non EEN group( n = 25). The patients in the EEN group were given enteral nutrition( EN) by nasogastric feeding method before mechanical ventilation or within 48 hours during mechanical ventilation and the patients in the non EEN group were given parenteral nutrition within 48 hours during mechanical ventilation and given EN by nasogastric feeding method after mechanical ventilation for 48 hours according to the patient's condition. The indexes of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the time of mechanical ventilation,nutritional expenses of 28 days,the incidence of ventilator- associated pneumonia( VAP) and gastrointestinal complications between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: EEN used for ICU patients with mechanical ventilation can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and reduce the cost of treatment and the incidence of complications.
