摘  要:目的:探讨医护人员对"五常法"在优质护理服务病房中的应用效果评价。方法:2012年7月起在内科、外科优质护理服务病房护理中实施常组织、常整顿、常清理、常规范、常自律的"五常法"管理。运用自制调查量表调查"五常法"管理实施后1、2、3、6个月后不同阶段53名医护人员对其实施效果的主观评价,调查量表分别从工作环境、操作用物准备耗时情况、抢救设备应急情况、药品管理、一次性物品管理、工作压力感6个方面进行调查。结果:实施后2、3、6个月与实施1个月比较,工作环境、操作用物准备耗时情况、抢救设备应急情况、药品管理、一次性物品管理及工作压力感及总分均有不同程度改善,且随着实施时间的推移而不断增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。实施6个月后,护士主观评价得分高于医生(P<0.05)。结论:"五常法"管理的应用,可显著提高护理质量,增进护患关系,值得推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of application of"Wu Chang Fa"( 5 regularly used management methods,regular organizing,regular readjusting,regular checking up,regularly standardizing behavior and regularly reviewing self-discipline) in the ward of implementing high quality nursing service. Methods: "Wu Chang Fa"has been implemented in the ward of internal medical department and surgical department since July 2012. The subjective evaluation of 53 doctors and nurses was investigated on the effect of the methods after its implementation for one month,2,3 and 6 months. Result: The work environment,time of preparation of goods,preparation of first-aid equipment,management of drugs and disposable medical goods and the sense of working stress were shortened and improved to some extent after its implementation for 2,3 and 6 months compared with those after its implementation for one month( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); the scores of subjective evaluation of nurses were higher than those of doctors after its implementation for 6 months( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Application of "Wu Chang Fa"can significantly improve the quality of nursing care and improve patient-nurse relationship.
