摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在体温单书写持续质量改进方面的应用效果。方法:成立月光圈,通过现状调查、原因分析、设定目标、制定对策、对策实施、效果确认、标准化、检讨与改进等程序开展品管圈活动,分别对活动计划实施前(2012年12月-2013年2月)、实施后(2013年6-8月)体温单书写规范性缺失率进行调查对比。结果:体温单书写规范缺失率由对策实施前的76%降至28%(χ2=74.738,P=0.000)。团队凝聚力、解决问题能力、书写品质意识、书写质量控制方法、体温测量记录单可操作性、自身素质5个方面得到显著提高。结论:开展品管圈活动不仅提高了体温单书写质量,同时还提高了圈员的团队精神和书写质量管理能力。Objective: To explore the application effect of activities of quality control circle( QCC) in the continuous quality improvement of temperature chart writing. Methods: The moonlight circle was set up and the activities of QCC were carried out through the procedures such as current investigation,analysis,setting goals,developing strategies,strategy implementation,confirmation of effectiveness,standardization,self-criticism and improvement. The fault rate of temperature chart writing was investigated and compared before( December 2012 to February 2013) and after( June to August 2013) the implementation of QCC activities. Results: The fault rate of temperature chart writing was decreased from 76% to 28% after the implementation of QCC activities( χ2= 74. 738,P = 0. 000). The group cohesiveness,abilities of solving problems,quality-mind of writing,quality control methods of writing,single-maneuverability of temperature measuring record and individual quality of the circle were improved significantly. Conclusion: The QCC activities have not only improved the quality of temperature chart writing,but also upgrade team spirit of the circle and the management ability of writing quality.
