我院内分泌科二甲双胍使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解该院内分泌科2型糖尿病患者二甲双胍使用情况。方法回顾性分析该院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病患者的157份病历中二甲双胍使用情况。结果 157例2型糖尿病患者中服用二甲双胍患者47例(29.94%)。其中合并周围神经病变的患者41例(87.23%),合并糖尿病肾病33例(70.21%),行外科手术患者7例(14.89%),使用碘造影剂患者6例(12.77%),其他6例(12.77%)。在未使用二甲双胍的110例患者中,无使用禁忌证者61例(55.46%),有使用禁忌证者49例(44.55%)。结论该院二甲双胍的使用率较低,且用药欠合理,尚待进一步加强。Objective To analysis the use of metformin in patients with type II diabetesv of our hospital .Methods Retrospective analysis the metformin usage analysis in endocrinology of our hospital .Results In 157 cases patients with type 2 diabetes,47 patients taking metformin（29.94%）.With peripheral neuropathy were 41 cases（87.23%）.Diabetic nephropathy in 33 cases（70.21%）.7 cases underwent surgical patients （14.89%）.The use of iodinated contrast media in patients 6 cases （12.77%）.The other six cases （12.77%）.110 cases without metformin,61 cases of non -use of contraindications （55.46%）,there are contraindications to the use of 49 cases（44.55%）.Conclusion The utilization rate of metformin is low,medication is less reasonable ,worthy of further strengthened .
