布拉酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散辅治小儿腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨布拉酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散辅治小儿腹泻病的临床效果。方法将53例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组27例和对照组26例。2组均常规给予抗炎、补液、支持对症等治疗,治疗组加用布拉氏酵母菌散和蒙脱石散口服。对照组仅加用蒙脱石散治疗。观察2组临床疗效、腹泻缓解情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.89%高于对照组的65.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹泻持续时间短于对照组,治疗后第3、5天腹泻次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散辅治小儿急性腹泻病,能够明显提高临床疗效,缩短患儿腹泻时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of saccharomyces boulardii scattered combined with montmoril -lonite in diarrhea in children .Methods 53 cases patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group （ 27 ca-ses）and control group （26cases）.2 groups were treated by anti-inflammatory,rehydration,symptomatic and supportive treat-ment.Control group was treated by montmorillonite .Treatment group was treated by saccharomyces boulardii scattered com-bined with montmorillonite.Results The total efficiency of treatment group（88.89%）was higher than that of control group （65.38%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The diarrhea duration of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The 3,5th diarrhea number of treatment group was less than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii scattered combined with montmorillonite in diarrhea in children has an good effect ,can reduce the diarrhea time ,worthy of clin-ical application .
