摘　　要：构建教学研究评价指标体系是确定教学评价的核心要素。本文结合应用性大学的教学实际,提出了教育教学研究评价的指标体系和研究工作量核算方法,同时探索性地提出了教育研究工作的激励策略。为制定教育教学政策提供一定的依据。Constructing evaluation index system of teaching and research is to identify the core elements of teaching evaluation.Combined with the teaching practice of application-oriented universities, this paper puts forward the calculation methods of the education and teaching research evaluation index system and the research workload, and tentatively puts forward the incentive strategies of education research. The aim is to provide certain basis for the formulation of education and teaching policies.
