摘　　要：创新型人才培养是21世纪高等教育研究的重要课题,大学生科研训练作为创新能力提高的重要途径在高校中以各种形式逐渐开展起来,作者结合自己在科研训练方面的管理经验,浅谈一下对大学生科研训练的若干思考。Innovative talent training is an important topic for higher education research in the 21 stcentury. The research and training of university students, as an important way to enhance their innovation capability, gradually grows up in different forms in universities. Combining with the authors＇ management experience in respects of research and training, the article elaborates suggestions, thoughts and analyses for the scientific research training of university students.
