异氟烷吸入全身麻醉对腹腔手术患者应激红细胞糖代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨异氟烷吸入全身麻醉对腹腔手术患者应激红细胞糖代谢的影响.方法:选取我院的96例进行腹腔手术患者进行回顾性分析,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行异氟烷吸入全身麻醉,对照组进行异氟烷吸入联合硬膜外麻醉,分析对比两组患者各时段血糖、谷胱甘肽以及磷酸果糖激酶等指标的变化情况.结果:T1-T3与T0相比,血糖有明显升高,观察组血糖、丙二醇、谷胱甘肽、红细胞6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶以及醛糖还原酶在T3时段均显著高于对照组,磷酸果糖激酶明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).对照组的T1-T3时段与TD相比的各项指标变化情况与观察组相近,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:异氟烷吸人全身麻醉对腹腔手术患者应激红细胞糖代谢有一定的影响,当联合硬膜外麻醉在降低其对应激红细胞糖代谢的影响上疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广.AIM： To investigate isoflurane anesthesia stress on the red blood cell glucose metabolism in abdominal surgery pa- tients. METHODS ： 96 cases of patients in our hospital were an- alyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into observation group and control group, in which the observation group were given isoflurane anesthesia, while the control group were given isoflu- rane anesthesia combined with epidural. Analysis and comparison of changes in blood sugar glutathione and other indicators of phos- phofructokinase in two groups of patients at various time intervals were made. RESULTS： Compared with TO, blood sugar during T1-T3 had significantly increased, blood glucose, propylene gly- col, glutathione, erythrocyte glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and aldose reductase in the period 13 were significantly higher, while phosphofructokinase was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared to TO T1-I3 in the control group showed similar chan- ges in all indexes, but with no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： Isoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing ab- dominal stress erythrocyte glucose metabolism has a certain im- pact, when combined with epidural anesthesia in reducing the im- pact of stress on their red blood cell glucose metabolism, the effect is significant and worthy of further promotion.
