我国公共事业组织与政府互动关系探析

摘　　要：随着我国政府职能的转变以及社会各项事业的进步,公共事业组织也获得了较大发展,公共事业组织和政府之间的互动也日益密切。公共事业组织需要政府提供登记注册、开展活动支持以及其他各种服务。但是公共事业组织在与政府互动的过程中存在着诸如登记管理混乱、活动许可难、某些公共事业组织独立性丧失和专业化程度不足等诸多问题。本文将以政府职能转变为大背景,介绍公共事业组织在与政府互动过程中存在的问题,对这些问题进行探究并提出相应的建议。Along with our country＇s government function transformation, and the progress of social undertakings, public organizations have also obtained great development, and the interaction between public institutions and the government is also increasingly close. Public institutions need the government to provide registration, activity support and other services. But in the interaction between public institutions and the government, there are various problems, such as chaotic registration management, difficult permissions to activities, loss of independence in some public institutions, and low degree of specialization. With the transformation of government functions as the background, this paper will introduce and explore the problems existing in the interaction between public institutions and the government, and propose corresponding suggestions.
