摘　　要：随着项目管理的日趋深化、团队结构的不断扁平化、管理网络虚拟化,项目团队的构建和完善问题成为管理者研究的热点。举个简单的例子:如果有一车沙从大厦顶上倒下来,对地面的冲击是不大的,如果把一整车已凝固成整块的混泥土从大厦上倒下来,其结果就大不一样。在这样的环境下,通过分析团队建设的要素、本质、发展趋势等可以折射出项目团队建设的问题所在,因循守旧的项目管理模式会制约团队成员的创造性和积极性,而管理教练思维的应用则对项目团队建设起着积极作用。With the increase deepening of project management,the continuous flattening of team structure, and the virtualized management network, the construction and perfection of the project team has become a hot topic in managers＇ researches. Here is a simple example： if a truck of sand pours down from the top of a building, the impact on the ground is weak, while if a truck of solidified concrete falls down from the top of the building, the result will be quite different. In such an environment, through analyzing the factors, nature and development trends of team construction,the problems of project team construction will be reflected. Conservative project management models will restrict the creativity and enthusiasm of team members, while the application of management coach thinking plays an active role in the construction of the project team.
