摘　　要：目的分析硫酸依替米星用于治疗肺部感染患者出现不良反应的一般规律和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法采取回顾性研究的方法,收集某省级医院2010年至2013年硫酸依替米星的不良反应报告,并进行统计分析。结果共收集硫酸依替米星注射液不良反应报告43例,其不良反应发生最多的为60岁以上老年人,其他各个年龄段没有明显差异;发生部位以消化道反应、耳毒性、肾功能损害最常见,偶有严重肾功能损害。结论在广泛应用的情况下,尽量个体化用药,同时加强不良反应监测。Objective To analyze the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions of etimicin sulfate for the treatment of pulmonary infections,and promote rational use of drugs. Methods To analysis the adverse reaction reports of sulfate etimicin in a provincial hospital from 2010 to 2013. Results A total of 43 cases of adverse reactions report were collected,adverse reactions occurred up to 60 years of age or older,there was no significant difference in other ages; The most common damage occurred with gastrointestinal reactions,ototoxicity and kidney function,sometimes severe renal impairment. Conclusion In the case of widely use,should take individualized medication,while strengthening the monitoring of adverse reactions.
