摘  要:水工混凝土结构往往只具备单一检测面,这使得传统的检测方法难以及时有效地对其内部缺陷做出全面正确的评价。冲击回波法具有单面检测等优点,是一种非常有效的无损检测技术。为研究冲击回波法的测试方法,制作了设置有空洞和蜂窝两类常见缺陷的模型试件,并采用Docter冲击回波测试仪进行了测试,利用快速傅里叶转换将测试数据转换为相应的幅频信息,通过对模型试件不同部位不同缺陷类型频域图的比较分析,提出了混凝土内部缺陷识别与缺陷范围和深度确定的基本方法,证实了冲击回波法的有效性与便捷性。The hydraulic concrete structure always has only a single detection surface, and this makes it difficult for traditional detection methods to make a comprehensive and correct evaluation on internal defects timely and effectively. The impact-echo method with advantages of single-sided detection and others is a very effective non-destructive method. To research the test technology of impact-echo method, the specimen with lacunae and holes are made for test by using Docter impact-echo system. The test data is transformed into the information of amplitude and frequency by Fast Fourier Transform( FFT). Based on the comparative analyses of frequency domains, the basic method for determining the size and depth of concrete internal defects is proposed. The test data also confirms the effectiveness and convenience of impact-echo method.
