摘 要:通过改变原料配比,采用机械共混法制备了不同密度的钨/三元乙丙橡胶屏蔽复合材料,用转矩流变仪研究了高比例钨填充橡胶的混合过程,并对材料的微观形貌、力学性能和屏蔽进行表征分析。结果表明,在橡胶的体积分数大于43%时复合材料的流动模式与橡胶相似,反之则复合材料的流变模式接近于粉体;复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率随着密度的升高而降低,硬度则反之;复合材料的屏蔽性能随着密度的增大而增大,在保证屏蔽性能和力学性能下,优选密度为11.5g/cm^3的复合材料。W/EPDM composites with different density were prepared by the method of mechanical blending in torque rheometer. The mechanical properties and shielding properties of the composites were characterized with testing ma chine and computed tomographic scanner. The results showed that the mixing mode of the composites with EPDM volume fraction above 43 % was as EPDM, on the contrary the mixing mode of the composites was as powder. The tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break of the composites decreased with increasing density, and hardness increased with in creasing density. The shielding properties of composites increased along with the increase of the density, 11.5g/cma^3 was the preferred density in order to improve the shielding effectiveness and ensured the mechanical properties of the products.
