摘 要:在接收辊子的不同转速的条件下,得到疏密程度不同的亲水型取向纤维。测量了纤维的芯吸高度、吸水倍率和输水速率3个指标,并用SEM观察纤维形貌特征与表面结构。实验表明:取向纤维的芯吸高度明显高于非取向纤维,且随着转速的提高逐渐增大,当转速为1305r/min时,芯吸高度为15.7cm(15min);取向纤维的吸水倍率均小于非取向纤维,但总重量都可达到纤维自身重量的10倍(15min);取向纤维的输水速率均小于非取向纤维,输水量都小于9g(15min);纤维直径随着转速的提高有逐渐减小的趋势。Oriented fibers with hydrophilicity of different density were got under the condition of different rotating speed of the rolls. Wicking height, water absorption rate and water delivery rate were measured, and the morphology characteristics and surface structure of the fibers were observed using SEM. Experiments showed that:wicking height of oriented fibers was higher than non-oriented fibers, and the value increased along with the increasing of rotating speed. When rotating speed reached to 1305r/min, wicking height was 15.7cm(15min), water absorption rate of oriented fibers was lower than non-oriented fibers. But the weight of fibers with water was ten times higher than fibers alone, water delivery rate of oriented fibers was lower than non-oriented fibers, and the total water delivery quantities were tess than 9g(1 5min), the value decreased along with the increasing of rotating speed.
