摘　　要：目的探讨清洁洗肠治疗急性细菌性痢疾的临床应用价值。方法 120例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用清洁洗肠治疗。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清洁洗肠治疗急性细菌性痢疾疗效满意。Objective To investigate the application value of cleaning enema in the treatment of acute bacillary dysentery. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute bacillary dysentery were divided into study group and control group. The patients in control group were supplied with conventional treatment. And the patients of the study group were given the treatment of cleansing enema and conventional therapy. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of cleaning enema in the treatment of acute bacterial dysentery is satisfaction.
