摘　　要：目的探讨采用锁定加压钢板和植骨的方法治疗尺骨干骨折骨不连的临床应用价值。方法 18例患者采用锁定加压钢板和植骨的方法进行治疗。结果治疗总有效率为94.4%。结论加压钢板和植骨方法治疗尺骨干骨折骨不连安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking compression plate and bone grafting in the treatment of fracture nonunion of ulnar shaft. Methods 18 cases treated by the method of locking compression plate and bone graft were selected in this study. Results The total effective rate was 94.4%. Conclusion Locking compression plate and bone grafting in the treatment of fracture nonunion of ulnar shaft is safe and effective.
