耳屏软骨鼓室成形术治疗88例粘连性中耳炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的本次主要探讨耳屏软骨鼓室成形术治疗粘连性中耳炎的效果。方法选取我院就诊治疗粘连性中耳炎患者88例,按照随机抽选的方式分为实验组和对照组各44例,实验组进行耳屏软骨鼓室成形术,对照组给予红外线疗法。结果实验组总有效率93.18%,对照组72.72%。结论屏软骨鼓室成形术治疗粘连性中耳炎效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of the tragus cartilage tympanoplasty in treatment of adhesive otitis media. Methods 88 cases in our hospital for treatment of adhesive otitis media patients were selected in the study. According to the treatment mode, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 44 cases in each group. The patients of experimental group received Tragus Cartilage Tympanoplasty, while the patients of the control group received infrared ray therapy. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.18%, while the effective rate of control group was 72.72%. Conclusion The effect of the treatment of tragus cartilage tympanoplasty for adhesive otitis media is remarkable. So it is worth popularizing in clinic.
