浅析26例小儿风湿热治疗

摘　　要：目的对小儿风湿热及其治疗情况进行分析研究。方法选取我院2013年1月-2014年12月收治的患儿26例作为研究对象,进行深入研究。结果选取的26例患儿经4-12天左右的入院对症治疗,有13例患者病情明显好转,有9例患者完全治愈。其余4例患者病情较严重,进行延期治疗。结论风湿热是较常见的小儿结缔组织疾病,其对患儿的生长发育起到一定的负面作用,应引起临床上的重视,加强预防。Objective To analyze pediatric rheumatic fever and its treatment. Methods 26 cases of children in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected in the study. We conducted indepth research. Results 26 patients received the symptomatic treatment of hospitalized for four to twelve days. There were 13 cases improved markedly, 9 patients completely cured. The remaining four cases＇ conditions were more serious, who received deferred treatment. Conclusion Rheumatic fever is more common in children with connective tissue disease. The illness for the children＇s growth and development play a negative role. We should pay attention to clinical treatment and strengthen the prevention.
