浅析子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的护理措施

摘　　要：目的研究分析子宫肌瘤患者接受子宫动脉栓塞治疗的临床护理措施。方法根据2008-2009年我院的28例子宫动脉栓塞患者来进行研究分析,患者接受临床护理观察,并对其一般性资料进行研究分析。结果此次研究的28例患者均获得了成功治疗,住院时间7-9天根据患者术后的随访诊断,患者的肌瘤较治疗前有40%-71%的缩小,其他症状改善明显,月经正常。结论子宫动脉栓塞手术具有比较好的治疗效果,患者受到的创伤小,术后恢复快,肌瘤缩小明显,为患者提供有效的护理能够提升该疾病的治疗效果,让患者获得比较好的疗效。Objective To study the clinical nursing measures of uterine artery embolization for the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 28 cases of patients with uterine arterial embolization in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were studied and analyzed, who acceptted the clinical nursing and observation, and researched and analyzed their general information. Results 28 cases of patients were treated successfully, the hospitalization time was 7 to 9 days according to the diagnosis of patients with postoperative followup, myoma after treatment in patients with narrowing of the 40%-71%, other symptoms improved significantly, the normal menstrual. Conclusion The operation of uterine artery embolization has good treatment effect, patients are less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, fibroids shrink significantly, providing effective nursing can improve the disease treatment effect for patients, make patients get better effect.
