心理干预在老年心绞痛患者护理中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的评价心理干预用于老年心绞痛护理中的临床价值。方法选取90例老年心绞痛患者,根据1:1比例划分两组,甲组45例接受常规护理,乙组45例接受心理护理干预,评估护理干预前后的心理情况。结果研究表明,护理前后两组焦虑、抑郁评分差异显著,且护理后组间对比差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论老年心绞痛患者实施心理干预,可显著提高患者生命质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of psychological intervention in nursing of senile angina pectoris. Methods Chose 90 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris, according to the proportion of 1：1 into two groups, 45 cases in group A received conventional care, 45 cases in group B connected with psychological nursing intervention, assessment psychological status before and after the nursing intervention. Results The study showed that the anxiety, depression score were different significantly before and after nursing in the two groups, and the comparison between the two groups was different significantly after nursing, P〈0.05, had statistical significance. Conclusion Elderly patients of angina pectoris with psychological intervention, can improve patients′life quality significantly.
