分析硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在直肠癌根治手术中的麻醉效果

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌根治术中使用硬膜外麻醉联合全身麻醉的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年7月-2014年7月收治的结直肠癌患者67例作为研究对象,其中对照组32例采用全身麻醉,观察组35例采用硬膜外联合全身麻醉,对比两组麻醉效果。结果对照组优良率为78.1%,观察组为94.3%,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在直肠癌根治手术中使用硬膜外麻醉联合全身麻醉临床效果明显。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods Selected 67 cases of patients with colorectal cancer in Hailin people＇s hospital from July 2013 to July 2014, and 32 patients with general anesthesia as the control group, 35 patients with epidural combined with anesthesia as the observation group, then compared the effect of two groups. Results The fine effective rate was 78.1% in control group and 94.3% in observation group, and it had statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The way of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia has significant clinical effect on radical resection of rectal cancer, and shows its wide application value.
