右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉患者的镇静作用

摘　　要：目的研究右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉患者的镇静作用。方法选取2012年1月1日-2012年12月31日间于我院就诊,并拟行全身麻醉接受手术的患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为右美托咪定组和对照组,每组各30人。右托咪定组在麻醉诱导开始前将右美托咪定加入250 ml 0.9%氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注,对照组仅使用250 ml0.9%氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注,观察两组患者的镇静作用。结果根据Ramsay镇静评分可知,右美托咪定组镇静效果及满意度较对照组高,Ramsay评分优于对照组。结论在行全身麻醉时使用右美托咪定,可起到良好的辅助镇静作用,减轻患者痛苦,便于麻醉操作。Objective To explore the role of dexmedetomidine in assisting the sedation of general anesthesia patients. Methods We chose 60 patients underwent the operation with general anesthesia from January 1, 2012 to December 31,2012 in our hospital as the research object,. All the patients have been divided randomly into dexmedetomidine group and observation group; each group had 30 people. Results Dexmedetomidine group＇s Ramsay score is better than the control group. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine plays a better assisting sedation role in general anesthesia,and relieves the patients＇ pain.It is also easy to operate.
