螺旋CT和MRI对卵巢囊腺癌的诊断观察

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT和MRI两种诊断方法赋予卵巢囊腺癌的诊断表现,并对其价值进行深入的研究。方法选取我院于2012年1月-2014年1月收治的42例已经确诊的卵巢囊腺癌患者,按照入院时间的先后将其分成研究组和对照组,对照组采用螺旋CT方法进行诊断,研究组在使用MRI方法进行诊断,采用统计分析软件对两组患者的诊断结果进行对比。结果通过不同诊断方法,观察两组患者诊断后的结果发现,研究组和对照组在诊断的准确性、敏感性以及特异性方面没有明显差异,不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但两组研究结果在卵巢肿瘤定位以及定性诊断方面数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过研究发现,螺旋CT以及MRI对于卵巢囊腺癌的诊断机制显著,但是相比之下,MRI诊断方法更具优越性。Objective To discuss two diagnosis methods spiral CT and MRI with the diagnosis of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma performance, and the value of in-depth research. Methods Selected our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, 42 cases of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma patients had been diagnosed, according to the time of admission to the divided into research group and the control group, control group using spiral CT method to diagnosis, researched in the use of MRI diagnosis method, using statistical analysis software was compared the diagnostic results of two groups of patients. Results Through different diagnosis methods, observation results showed that after the two groups of patients with diagnosis research group and the control group in terms of diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, there was no obvious difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, but two groups of research results in the positioning and qualitative diagnosis of ovarian tumors had significant data contrast, was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the study finds that the spiral CT and MRI for the diagnosis of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma mechanism is significant, but compares with MRI diagnosis method has more advantages, is worthy of popularization and application.
