摘  要:目的采用128层螺旋CT(128-MSCT)对冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块及与冠状动脉狭窄的关系进行评价,以此总结128层螺旋CT在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中的准确性。方法选取我院收治的200例接受CT冠状动脉检查患者作为研究对象,其中40例行冠状动脉造影(CAG),对所检出的斑块CT值进行测量,比较不同性质斑块引起的管腔狭窄程度;同时比较128层螺旋CT与冠状动脉造影CAG两种方法测量管腔狭窄程度的相关性。结果 200例患者中,软斑块、中间斑块、钙化斑块数目及CT值比较差异显著(P<0.05);钙化斑块引起的轻度狭窄多,非钙化斑块引起的中度及重度狭窄多;128层螺旋CT与CAG检查方法在诊断管腔狭窄的相关性好。结论采用128层螺旋CT检查冠状动脉,有利于分析和测定冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块成分及其引起的管腔狭窄,测量准确率高,具有十分重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the relationship of coronary atherosclerotic plaque and coronary artery luminal narrow by 128-slice spiral CT, to summarize the accuracy of 128 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery luminal narrow. Methods A total of 200 patients received CT examination of coronary artery in our hospital, including 40 cases of coronary angiography(CAG). To detected the plaque CT measurement and compared the differences of plaque induced luminal narrow. To compared correlations between128 slice spiral CT and coronary angiography in CAG two methods for measurement of luminal narrow. Results The numbers of soft plaque, middle plaque and calcified plaque showed statistical difference as compared with CT value(P〈0.05).Mild luminal narrow caused by calcified plaque, and moderate and severe luminal narrow caused by non calcified plaques.128 slice spiral CT and CAG examination method had highly correlation in the diagnosis of luminal narrow. Conclusion 128 slice spiral CT is beneficial to the analysis and measuring of its lumen caused by atherosclerotic plaque composition of luminal narrow and has highly measurement accuracy and very important clinical values.
