中西医结合方法治疗支气管扩张的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探寻治疗支气管扩张的有效方法,减少抗生素应用的不良反应,防止经久不愈及反复发作。方法通过对临床50例支气管扩张患者运用中西医疗法对照治疗,总结临床诊疗和治疗效果。结果中西医结合治疗方案的临床治疗结果明显优于其他病例。结论在支气管扩张的治疗过程中,运用中西医结合疗法进行治疗,患者病情更容易得到控制,病程缩短明显。Objective To explore the effective treatment of bronchiectasis, to reduce adverse reactions and prevent recurrence. Methods 50 cases of bronchiectasis patients were treated by the combination treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine, summarized the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience. Results the combination treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine was significantly better than the other cases. Conclusion The combination treatment of traditional chinese and western medicine could control and decrease the morbidity in bronchiectasis.
