羟乙基芦丁和疏血通对缺血性脑血管病的治疗效果探析

摘　　要：目的探析羟乙基芦丁(维脑路通)和疏血通对缺血性脑血管病的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的90例缺血性脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予维脑路通和疏血通治疗,对照组仅给予维脑路通治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,且观察组治疗后NIHSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论维脑路通和疏血通对缺血性脑血管病的治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of Venoruton and Shuxuetong Injection on ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Selected 30 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital as the research object,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group only received the treatment of Venoruton, the observation group were offered treatment of Venoruton and Shuxuetong injection. Results Total effective rate of observation group is higher than that of the control group, and the NIHSS score of observation group after treatment was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of Venoruton and Shuxuetong Injection on ischemic cerebrovascular disease is significant.
