摘 要:隐性知识共享对高校教师素质与能力提升非常重要。高校教师隐性知识共享包括知识内化、外化和社会化等过程,而诸过程又取决于意愿、能力、技术、渠道、平台、组织等要素。本文基于过程和要素两个层面来明晰高校教师隐性知识共享能力的内涵与构成,由此构建高校教师隐性知识共享能力评价的指标体系,进而设计题项、确定权重、选择方法,构建高校教师隐性知识共享能力的评价模型。Tacit knowledge sharing is very important to improve university teacher' s quality and ability, This paper is trying to build a model to evaluate the tacit knowledge sharing ability of university teachers. Tacit knowledge sharing i socialization, and the process s a compound depends on some process including internalization, externalization and elements such as aspiration, ability, technique, channel, platform and organization. The connotation and constitution of university teacher' s tacit knowledge sharing ability are analyzed from process and element, and then the evaluation index system is constructed based on others' research results. After designing items, making weights and choosing methods, we build up a model by AHP-TOPSIS method to evaluate university teacher' s tacit knowledge sharing ability.
