输注莫西沙星注射液引起精神异常案例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨输注莫西沙星注射液引起精神异常的药学监护。方法通过参与1例老年患者用莫西沙星治疗肺部感染后出现精神症状的治疗过程,协助医师调整喹诺酮类抗菌药物的使用。结果与结论患者神志清晰,精神异常症状彻底消失。在临床上用喹诺酮类抗菌药物时,特别是老年患者,一定要慎重使用,密切观察患者的精神异常症状,一旦发生立即给予停药等处理。Objective To discuss the pharmaceutical care of mental disorders caused by moxifloxacin injection. Methods By participating the treatment of a gerontal case of moxifloxacin- induced mental disorders,the pharmacist assisted the adjustment of quinolones. Results and Conclusion The patient was conscious and the abnormal mental symptoms completely disappeared. The clinical use of quinolone should be much carefully,especially when gerontal patients involved. Close observation on abnormal mental symptoms would be required. Once mental disorder occurs,the process should be immediately stopped.
