摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是目前世界上第四大致死性疾病，预计2020年将成为全球致死原因第3位、经济负担第5位。雾霾天气是近年来多发的一种气象灾害，是引起COPD的主要危险因素之一。本文通过对雾霾天气元凶-PM2．5引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病致病机理的分析探讨，提出应对雾霾天气、防止慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生的自我防护措施，对人们树立科学健康生活方式具有一定的现实指导意义。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is currently the worid＇s fourth most deadly disease, is expected in 2020 will become the world third, economic burden fifth death reason. Haze weather is multiple of a meteorological disasters in recent years, is one of the main risk factors of COPD. This article through to the haze weather culprit - PM2.5 cause chronic obstructive pulmonary disease pathogenesis analysis discussion, put forward to haze weather, the self protection measures of prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, for people to set up scientific and healthy way of life has a certain realistic guiding significance.
