摘  要:[目的]探究不同拉枝处理对葡萄冬芽成花过程中花发育相关基因表达的影响。[方法]试验以‘夏黑’葡萄(Vitis vinifera×V.labrusca‘Summer Black’)为试材,利用半定量RT-PCR技术研究不同拉枝处理对‘夏黑’葡萄长、中、短枝上的冬芽成花过程中Vitis vinifera FLOWERING LOCUS T(VvFT)、Vitis vinifera SUPPRESSOR OF OVER EXPRESSION OF CO 1(VvSOC1)、Vitis vinifera LEAFY(VvLFY)、Vitis vinifera APETALA2(Vv AP2)和Vitis vinifera FLOWERING LOCUS C(VvFLC)5个重要花发育相关基因表达的影响进行了分析。[结果]不同拉枝处理间花发育相关基因的表达量存在差异,其中经平拉处理的基因表达量最高;同一拉枝处理中,长、中、短枝间基因的表达量也存在差异,且中、短枝上的表达量明显高于长枝。[结论]拉枝处理对促进‘夏黑’葡萄成花是有一定的影响的。[Objectives]This study focused on the influence of different branch drawing treatments on flower development-related gene expression during the flowering process of grape winter buds.[Methods]Using‘Summer Black'grapes(Vitis vinifera × V.labrusca‘Summer Black') as test materials,the semi-quantitation RT-PCR was applied to analyze the expression of five important floral genes,including Vitis vinifera FLOWERING LOCUS T(VvFT),Vitis vinifera SUPPRESSOR OF OVER EXPRESSION OF CO 1(VvSOC1),Vitis vinifera LEAFY(VvLFY),Vitis vinifera APETALA2(VvAP2) and Vitis vinifera FLOWERING LOCUSC(VvFLC),by different drawing treatments to the winter flower buds on the long,medium,short branches of‘Summer Black'grapes.[Results]The result showed that different treatments have differences in the expression patterns.The expression of level branches is the highest.In the same drawing treatment,there are also differences among the long,medium,short branches,and the expressions of the medium,short branches are obviously higher than the long one.[Conclusions]Branch drawing treatment has exerted an influence on promoting flowering of‘Summer Black'grape buds.
