摘 要:设计出一台小型的风冷式冰浆制取装置,采取预冷和无预冷两种模式对小型风冷制冰装置的出冰效果和能效系数进行实验研究。实验结果表明,与无预冷工作模式相比,采用预冷器后制冰机出口的出冰温度明显降低,成冰所需时间缩短,系统能效比EER提高近43%。A small air-cooled ice slurry preparation unit was designed in this paper,and an experimental study was carried out which took the pre-cooling and absence of pre-cooling operation mode to measure the ice making capacity and energy efficiency coefficient of the small air-cooled ice-making device. The experimental results show that compared with the absence of pre-cooling operation mode,the temperature in the ice maker outlet under the pre-cooling operation mode is lower and the time of solution crystallization reduces. When the system is stable,EER under the pre-cooling operation mode increases by 43%compared with no pre-cooling working mode.
