益肾化瘀汤对糖尿病肾病患者CysC、Hcy及hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾化瘀汤对糖尿病肾病患者Cys C(半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C)、Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)、hs-CRP(超敏C-反应蛋白)水平的影响。方法:140例随机分为观察组和对照组各70例,两组均实施糖尿病常规治疗,对照组加用厄贝沙坦,观察组加用益气化瘀汤。结果:观察组治疗后hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys C水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组80.00%,对照组45.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾化瘀汤治疗糖尿病肾病可有效调节血糖代谢,减少尿蛋白排泄,降低Cys C、Hcy及hs-CRP水平,从而延缓病情进展。Objective： To observe the effect of Yishen Huayu Decoction on the level of CSYC, Hcy and hs-CRP in serum of diabetic nephropathy patients. Method： 140 cases were divided into two groups evenly in random. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy for diabetes. The control group were treated with Irbesartan additionally while the study group were treated with Yiqi Huayu Decoction additionally. Result： After the treatment, the level of CSYC, Hey and hs-CRP of the study group was lower than that of the control group significantly （ P〈0.05 ） . The total effective rate of the study group was 80.00% while that of the control group was 45.71%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Yiqi Huayu Decoction could regulate the metabolism of blood glucose, reduce urine albumin excretion and decrease the level of CSYC, Hcy and hs-CRP in treating diabetic nephropathy effectively to retard the progress of disease.
